This is a weekday opener role, so early mornings are a big part of the job. We need someone who can be ready to go, energized, and welcoming at 4:00 AM, setting the tone for the facility and giving our early-morning members a great start to their day. If you're naturally an early riser who can bring great energy before the sun comes up, you'll fit right in.

You will use your expertise to:

  • Meet and greet our members upon arrival.
  • Create a positive connection and friendship with everyone who enters our amazing facility.
  • Create and maintain a clean and orderly environment for our members.
  • Act as a strong brand ambassador for Evolve Strength.

Do you have what it takes?

Must-haves (minimum requirements)

  • Morning Person
  • Avilablity to work weekdays starting at 4:00am
  • Passion for Health and Wellness, and Fitness.
  • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
  • Outgoing personality!!
  • Desire to grow and become better.
  • Ability to work on your feet for long periods of time.

Preference for:

  • Previous customer service, and sales experience.
  • Basic knowledge of the following professions: Massage therapy, Chiropractic, Athletic Therapy, Physiotherapy, Personal Training

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Edmonton, AB T6N 1N3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
