Full job description

We're looking for energetic, reliable team members to join our Kitsilano restaurant full-time.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work across both customer service and food preparation, helping deliver fresh, healthy food and a great guest experience every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare fresh food to Tractor recipes and presentation standards
  • Build salads, bowls, sandwiches, soups, and other menu items
  • Deliver friendly, efficient customer service
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and food-safe work environment
  • Wash dishes and keep prep areas stocked and ready for service
  • Support teammates during busy periods
  • Follow opening and closing procedures
  • Help maintain high standards across all areas of the restaurant
