Orion Wellness is a private practice in downtown Winnipeg providing mental health therapy and counselling services to individuals, couples, and families.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced EMDR-trained mental health clinician who is confident in their clinical work and passionate about supporting clients through trauma, anxiety, and other complex life experiences.

This role is ideal for a therapist who:

• Has completed EMDRIA-approved Basic Training in EMDR
• Has a strong clinical foundation providing individual therapy
• Is comfortable integrating EMDR with other evidence-based and talk therapy approaches
• Values autonomy, flexibility, and a sustainable caseload
• Wants to focus on thoughtful, quality care rather than high-volume pressure
• Enjoys being part of a collaborative team while maintaining independence in their clinical work
• If interested, future opportunities for leadership, mentorship, and supervision of Master’s-level practicum students (additional compensation provided)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide mental health therapy and counselling services to individuals, couples, and families
• Support clients through a variety of mental health issues
• Use your clinical judgment and experience to guide treatment
• Collaborate with a team that values consultation and shared learning

What You’ll Bring

• Registration in good standing with a relevant governing body
• Master’s degree in Counselling, Social Work, or related field
• Experience providing therapy/counselling
• Training in EMDR therapy
• Strong ability to work independently with confidence and structure
• Comfort using Jane App and Google Workspace (training available)
