About the Role
London Bridge Child Care Services Inc. is looking for an individual to join the team as a Pedagogical Connector. The position exists to strengthen the health, alignment, and pedagogical integrity of the centres by working alongside the Centre Lead(s) in a reflective, accountable partnership, ultimately supporting the overall culture of the centre. This is a new position to the organization.
The Pedagogical Connector operates as a coach/mentor, supporting and challenging practices so that decisions, environments, and relationships consistently align with the organization’s core values, pedagogical orientations, pedagogical principles, vision and mission statement. This role must ensure that they are providing tools and resources to help leaders grow, rather than replacing or acting in the role of a centre lead.
This job description outlines the expectations and responsibilities for the Pedagogical Connector. It is intended to be used as a general guide. However, this role may change based on needs of the Program team and organization. The successful candidate will report to the Director of Pedagogy.
About London Bridge

We provide loving, individualized care and education for children ages 0-12 years in group care settings. At London Bridge, we nurture curious minds and kind hearts by providing and promoting child care and education. - Mentor and coach Centre Leaders through reflective dialogue and constructive feedback.
- Support leaders in translating organizational values and pedagogy into everyday practice.
- Clarify roles, expectations, and responsibilities to strengthen leadership effectiveness.
- Adjust level of support based on centre context and needs.
Organizational Alignment
- Ensure centre practices align with organizational vision, core values, and priorities.

- Facilitate dialogue and support mediation when conflicts or tensions arise.
- Assist Centre Leads in navigating complex interpersonal and team situations.
- Promote environments where educators, children, and families experience belonging, dignity, and thoughtful care.
Accountability & Performance Support

- Facilitate or participate in committees, professional learning, and organizational initiatives.
- Contribute insights from centre work to support system-wide improvement.
