Essential Functions:

  • Maintain Snap-on’s mobile showroom. Operate Tool Storage cab and chassis and power tool van.
  • Sell tool storage, power tools and all shop equipment to end-users
  • Work with Franchisees and Mobile Company Stores to increase tool storage product sales and assist in selling power tools and related products
  • Visit Customers on routes; showing products and working with Franchisees and Mobile Company Stores to close sales
  • Write and sign quotes with end-users
  • Order and merchandise tool storage and power tool product on vehicle
  • Maintain accountability for corporate assets i.e. tool storage and power tool
  • Operate vehicle in compliance with the Snap-on program
  • Operate vehicle according to safety guidelines
  • Interact with Franchisees, Company Stores, and FPT members to ensure coordination of programs and policies, and to share best practices
  • Work with FPT members and Franchisees to help region meet sales goals
  • Attend sales meetings as required to keep current on tool storage and power tools and promotions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Sales or sales management experience and retail experience a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to obtain a Class 3 License with air brake endorsement. Ability to drive vehicle 70-85% of the time
  • Extensive travel required
  • 4-5 years of experience in a sales role
  • Some heavy lifting required
  • Proficient at Microsoft Office
  • Enjoy interacting with customers and relationship building
  • Training required in the US
  • Bilingual - French and English

Salary $70,000 plus incentive
