Full job description

We are looking for a Skilled Civil Construction Worker to join our active site crews. You will support heavy civil projects, assist equipment operators, handle pipe-laying, and perform related labouring duties

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with grade checking, pipe laying (storm, water, sanitary), and concrete works.
  • Safely operate small tools, compactors, saws, and lasers.
  • Help with earthworks, shoring, and trenching safety setup.
  • Work closely with heavy equipment operators and site foremen.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work zone and follow all WorkSafe BC regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in civil construction, road building, or utility installation.
  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and reliable transportation to job sites across the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland
  • Physically fit with the stamina to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to pass a safety orientation and work well in a team environment.
