Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in outside sales, develop new business, and manage key accounts across diverse industries. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, and a customer-focused approach. As a vital part of our sales force, you will contribute to expanding our market presence through strategic business development and exceptional customer service.

Duties

  • Conduct outside sales activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective account management
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure mutually beneficial agreements
  • Engage in business development initiatives to expand the company's customer base
  • Present product solutions tailored to client needs, emphasizing technical sales aspects when applicable
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement strategies that increase brand awareness and lead generation
  • Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track sales activities, manage contacts, and analyze sales data
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product offerings

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales preferred
  • Strong negotiation and business development skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent analysis skills for interpreting market data and customer needs
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to prospecting and closing deals
  • Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering value-added solutions
  • Knowledge of marketing principles relevant to sales growth strategies

Pay: $800.00-$1,200.00 per week
