The most stressful part is the quantity of projects with deadlines all on the go at once on top of providing production support. I am the only SA in my group and have no coverage if I want to take any time off. It usually takes me 3-4 days to catch up after taking just 1 or 2 days off.

8-5. You will get a 7 hours shifts with a max of 35 and no minimum guarantee. It takes over 10 years for people to get a permanent position as old people just keep doing the same work for numberless years. no prospects of growth outside SK.
