The Chinook School Division requires a full time (1.0FTE) replacement teacher at Sierra Hutterian School beginning August 26, 2026 until June 25, 2027. Sierra Hutterian School is a K-8 colony school with 20 students that is located about 43 KM NW of Shaunavon, SK.

The Chinook School Division is proud to serve nearly 6,000 students in 60 schools, with over 1,000 collegial and student-centered teachers and support staff. • Demonstrated ability to connect with youth in a student-centered learning environment in addition to having an interest or willingness to connect with students outside of the classroom;
• Demonstrates a commitment to truth and reconciliation
• Demonstrates a commitment to supporting diversity and inclusion
• A collaborative member of the educational team;
• Respectful of the Hutterian culture;
• Effective as a teacher in strategies that support student learning and growth.
• Successful teaching experience or training;
• Certified as a Teacher in good standing in Saskatchewan or the ability to be certified.
