Full job description

We are seeking passionate Hyrox instructors to teach classes! (independant contractors) .

In this role, you will inspire and guide members through engaging fitness sessions that align with our commitment to health and community. Your expertise will help foster a motivating environment for all participants.

Responsibilities

  • Lead engaging Hyrox classes tailored to different skill levels.
  • Motivate members to achieve their fitness goals through expert coaching.
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed during all classes.
  • Maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere.
  • Provide personalized feedback to help members improve.
  • Promote a welcoming environment that encourages member retention.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an instructor in Hyrox training.
  • Excellent communication and teaching skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate others.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Ability to manage time effectively.
  • Passion for health and fitness

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Group fitness: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • First Aid Certification (preferred)
  • Certified Fitness Instructor (preferred)
