Position Title: AZ Tanker Driver

Delivery Area: Local & Highway

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift Schedule: Afternoons | Evenings | Rotating

Start Time: Varies based on route

We are seeking dependable, safety-focused, and customer-oriented drivers to join our growing transportation team. This role is ideal for professionals who take pride in their work, consistently deliver high-quality service, and can operate safely and professionally in a fast-paced environment while representing the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate company vehicles to transport freight across city/local routes and Canada–U.S. routes
  • Complete deliveries and pickups to customer locations within Ontario and Quebec in a safe, timely, and professional manner
  • Operate tanker equipment in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Transport hazardous products such as CO2 or cryogenic gases in accordance with safety and regulatory guidelines
  • Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections of the vehicle, including checking tires, brakes, lights, and cargo securement; promptly report any issues to the maintenance department for timely repairs.
  • Accurately complete all required documentation, including e-logs, inspection reports, delivery paperwork, and incident reports
  • Maintain compliance with hours-of-service regulations, safety policies, and company procedures
  • Maintain flexibility to meet operational and customer demands, including variable schedules, overtime, weekends, or overnight runs as required

Core Requirements

  • Valid AZ driver's license
  • Bondable and legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Clean CVOR and driver’s abstract
  • Verifiable recent commercial driving experience within the past 3 years
  • Strong understanding of road safety regulations, hours of service, and load securement
  • Experience operating commercial vehicles in winter driving conditions
  • Ability to accurately complete eLogs, vehicle inspection reports, and delivery documentation
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs as required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills with a professional, safety-focused approach

Role-Specific Requirements

  • Minimum 1-3 years of verifiable tanker experience
  • Experience transporting hazardous or regulated products
  • Legally eligible to enter the United States with valid documentation
  • 6 months of cross-border driving experience
  • FAST Card required
  • Ability to safely perform hand-bombing, including manual loading and unloading of freight, as required
