At Leon’s, our Delivery Driver is a hands on role that not only interacts with the customers but also assists in the delivery to make sure each and every purchase ends with a smile. As a Delivery Driver you will play a major role in ensuring that customers receive their order on time and with care.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Delivering our products to customers’ homes and setting them up in a professional, friendly and enthusiastic manner

- Assisting in loading the truck before delivery runs

- Assembling furniture as needed

- Updating the delivery route on a tablet provided and marking stops finished when completed

- complete a daily truck inspection and ensure that it is clean and has supplies stocked for deliveries

These responsibilities must be fulfilled while following all required health and safety procedures. Safety always comes first – we want you to leave work in the same condition you arrived!

Job Requirements

- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License

- A clean driver’s abstract

- Experience driving a 5 ton vehicle

- Previous experience in home delivery is a definite asset

- The ability to lift up to 100 lbs. (45kgs)

- Strong customer service skills

- Strong work attendance
