Role:

We are excited to welcome a new member to our Corporate Retail Division family — a Service & Delivery Coordinator based at our service center in Thorsby, AB. As an integral part of our team, you will embark on a journey of growth and inspiration, consistently pushing boundaries to redefine excellence. The Role:

Your primary responsibility will be to schedule deliveries and service appointments for our technicians.

Your day-to-day tasks include:

  • Dispatching crews in the morning
  • Answer phones and promptly respond to voicemails and emails
  • Generate and schedule service or delivery requests based on calls from customers
  • Monitor service/delivery requests and escalate them, if required
  • Monitor status of projects
  • Coordinate resources
