Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

· Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs.

· Provide detailed information on recommended services, explaining costs and timeframes.

· Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

· Prepare service estimates, explain recommended maintenance and repairs, and obtain customer approvals.

· Ensure all work is completed to customer satisfaction and follow up as needed.

Qualifications:

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, team-oriented environment.

· Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

· Strong Organizational skills.

· Prior experience in a dealership or service department (an asset but not required).
