Lee Restaurant – Toronto (Spadina & Richmond)

For over 25 years, Lee Restaurant has been recognized as one of Toronto’s premier dining destinations, led by internationally acclaimed Chef Susur Lee. This is an opportunity to build your culinary career within a respected, high-performance kitchen environment.

We are currently seeking experienced, full-time Line Cooks / Chef de Partie to join our growing team. With nightly service ranging from 200–400 guests, Lee offers a fast-paced, energetic kitchen where skilled culinary professionals thrive.

About the Role

As a member of the kitchen team at Lee, you will play a key role in executing high-quality dishes with consistency, precision, and efficiency. This position is ideal for experienced culinary professionals looking to deepen their expertise in fine dining while working alongside a dynamic, diverse, and dedicated team.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Independently running and maintaining your station during service
Communicating effectively with both front-of-house and back-of-house team members
Ensuring all cooking procedures, standards, and health & safety guidelines are consistently followed
Executing recipes accurately and maintaining presentation standards
Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen and food storage areas
Assisting with ordering and daily kitchen operations as needed

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 5 years of fine dining kitchen experience
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to thrive under pressure in a high-volume service environment
A professional attitude and appearance at all times
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada
