Full job description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects across Canada. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of project management experience, with a strong preference for candidates with backgrounds in racking systems, warehouse automation, material handling, industrial construction, or related projects.
The successful candidate must be comfortable managing projects from planning through completion, coordinating clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams, while maintaining project schedules, budgets, quality, and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from initiation through completion.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and milestones.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project requirements.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
- Provide regular project updates to senior management and clients.
- Travel to project sites as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of project management experience.
- Experience managing complex construction, industrial, material handling, or automation projects.
- Racking and/or warehouse automation experience strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and risk management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel as required.
- Must be able to provide professional references.
