Senior Director Corporate Billing - GTA - Base + Bonus + Car Package + Full Benefits

Our client, a leader in their industry is looking for a Senior Director Corporate Billing - Transportation

This leadership role is both strategic and hands-on within a fast paced, growth environment.

Responsibilities:

· Owns the end-to-end billing function, ensuring revenue is billed accurately, collected efficiently, and supported by strong operational controls.

· Leads the evolution of billing systems, processes, and governance to enhance scalability, compliance, and financial performance.

· Enables business growth through continuous improvement initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce risk, and elevate the customer experience.

· Lead and develop high performing teams with a focus on accountability, customer focus and continuous improvement.

Other critical duties include:

· Leads the delivery of accurate, timely, and compliant billing operations supported by strong controls, governance, and performance standards.

· Ensures adherence to contractual, regulatory, and audit requirements while minimizing financial and operational risk.

· Drives continuous improvement initiatives that enhance billing accuracy, strengthen revenue assurance, and improve operational efficiency.

· Establishes robust control and monitoring frameworks to identify, mitigate, and resolve billing issues proactively.

· Promotes a culture of accountability and operational excellence focused on delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Experience:

· A business degree or related field/experience

· 7 to 10 years relevant experience – Billing – Financial Controls – Process Improvements

· 5 to 7 years leadership/management experience

· Ability to work in a fast paced growth oriented environment

Pay: $185,000.00-$200,000.00 per year

Experience:
