We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The Security Guard will monitor premises, conduct regular patrols, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of the premises.
- Conduct regular patrols of the property to deter theft, vandalism, and other illegal activities.
- Operate CCTV systems and surveillance equipment to monitor activities in designated areas.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
- Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, including any breaches or unusual occurrences.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary to ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential risks and implementing preventive measures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in law enforcement or security-related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance techniques is highly desirable.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
- Must be physically fit, capable of standing for long periods and conducting patrols as needed.
- A valid security guard license or certification may be required depending on local regulations.
