Zup’s Fishing Resort & Canoe Outfitters is located on a remote wilderness island on Lac La Croix in North East Ontario.

Zup's is looking for a highly motivated, & experienced front desk / office assistant to join our team in 2026. We are looking for a candidate with a welcoming and positive demeanor interacting with customers and a have a passion for excellence in customer service.

This position is a seasonal full- time contract from May – October 1.

Responsibilities and Experience:

- Checking in guests

- Answering emails and phone calls

-sending and receiving emails

-Making reservations

- Billing, checking out guests

- Booking Permits for 2 separate Canoe Parks

- Keeping track of staff, and guest charges/ tabs

-Communicating with the Owner and staff members

- Maintaining the cleaning the Main Lodge and its 4 bathrooms

- Having the flexibility to help in other areas of the business

- Stocking the small store area and helping customers with purchases

- Being a team player, and working well with other staff, and customers

- Customer service skills as well as holding a friendly and respectful demeaner while under pressure.

- Maintain a clean, organized, safe and hazard free work environment

- Be a self-starter and work with minimum supervision

Your work schedule will be 7 days per week. Time off along with a weeks vacation is included during this contract.
