Software Sales Specialist

What You’ll Do

As a Software Sales Specialist, you will help potential customers understand how Maintenance Care can improve their maintenance operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting live web demo presentations for prospective customers
  • Following up with leads and guiding them through the sales process
  • Managing and tracking your pipeline using Salesforce CRM
  • Achieving and exceeding monthly sales goals
  • Answering customer questions and helping them evaluate our software
  • Providing occasional customer assistance and basic product support
  • Maintaining organized records and notes for all customer interactions

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking someone who is motivated, personable, and comfortable presenting software to new people with a proven experience working in a high velocity environment.

Required Skills

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong comfort level with technology, software, and mobile apps
  • Experience with sales presentations, product demos, or customer-facing roles
  • Organized and disciplined with follow-ups
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Positive, team-focused attitude
  • Open to feedback and ongoing coaching

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience
