Who We Are:

Firkin on Harbour has been a mainstay at the corner of Yonge and Harbour Street for over 15 years. We are very close to Union Station, The Financial District and South Core. Scotiabank Centre, Rogers Centre and Harbourfront are all within a 15 minute walk. We have a great 120 seat seasonal patio as well as 330 person capacity bar/restaurant with a pool table and loads of TV's. As you can imagine from our location we host hundreds of corporate parties every year as well as are a hub for pre and post game or concert get-togethers.

Who You Are:
As a member of our Front of House team, you have hospitality in your blood and have a passion for food and beverage. You must thrive in a faced paced setting and be able to contribute to an outstanding guest experience from start to finish in a high volume, energetic environment. Experience is a must!

Atmosphere? We’ve got plenty! Attitude? Indubitably. A great restaurant setting? We’re relying on you to make that happen!

You are the face of our restaurant and the person the guest is relying on to ensure an enjoyable experience from the moment they sit down until they depart. You know our food and beverage menu inside and out and can make excellent recommendations. You live our Steps of Service and Service Standards, exceeding the guest expectations whether they are your first guest of the day or the very last of the shift.

You are a dynamic person, quick with a joke and a smile. You know that being just “good enough” is never good enough for your guests. You always work hard and always do the right thing, even when no one is watching. You have a passion for food and drink.

The ideal candidate can work a combination of opens, mids and closing shifts and must be Smart Serve certified. Other relevant certifications such as First Aid or Food Handler are an asset.
