We're seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative to learn the ins and outs of our clients services. The Entry Level Sales Representative helps customers build their perfect package, proving that the best sales conversations happen in person and don't involve awkward silences.

As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you’ll get the tools, training, and team support to turn features into real-life wins. Whether it’s fiber to the home or TV that doesn’t require a treasure map to navigate, the Entry Level Sales Representative helps customers see the client not as a service, but as peace of mind with great download speeds.

Core Functions of the Entry Level Sales Representative

  • Engage directly with new customers in face to face settings, representing the client with a high level of compliance and offering tailored service solutions.
  • Learn internet and wireless services by shadowing experienced representatives and practicing consultative sales techniques for residential and commercial accounts.
  • Support customer relationships by identifying household and business needs, positioning internet, TV, phone, and wireless solutions that deliver long‑term value.
  • Contribute to revenue growth by assisting with sales strategies, tracking performance metrics, and refining strategies to exceed sales and retention goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging, resolve service concerns, and ensure consistent delivery of services for residential and commercial customers.
  • Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities, strengthen outreach, and improve campaign positioning for internet and wireless solutions.
  • Advance skills through ongoing training in leadership, sales systems, and emerging broadband and wireless technologies.

Education & Experience Needed for the Entry Level Sales Representative

  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Sales, customer support, or account support experience or interest valued, especially in telecom, subscription‑based, or retail industries.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills to position internet, TV, home phone, and wireless solutions for diverse customer needs.
  • Proficiency with data systems and digital tools to manage pipelines, track account performance, and ensure compliance with company sales standards.
  • Must possess valid authorization to work in Canada without employer sponsorship.
