Full job description

Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Staff to oversee the maintenance, repair, safety, and overall physical condition of 17 Tim Hortons restaurants.

The Maintenance Staff will report directly to Maintenance Manager, Restaurant Managers and General Managers and will be responsible for ensuring that all restaurants, equipment, building systems, and facilities are maintained to a high standard and remain safe, functional, clean, and operational. This position requires strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, vendor-management experience, and the ability to respond quickly to maintenance issues across multiple locations.

The successful candidate will coordinate preventative maintenance programs, emergency repairs, contractors, service providers, inspections, and maintenance budgets while minimizing restaurant downtime and operational disruptions.
