Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Banquet Server and become a vital part of creating memorable events for our guests! In this energetic role, you will deliver exceptional food and beverage service at banquets, weddings, corporate events, and special occasions. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure every guest experiences top-tier hospitality, making each event a success. Duties

  • Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including arranging tables, linens, glassware, and utensils
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally to guests during events
  • Ensure all food handling and safety standards are strictly followed throughout service
  • Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support the kitchen team
  • Clear tables efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and organization in the banquet area
  • Address guest inquiries courteously and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
  • Collaborate with event staff to coordinate service flow and enhance the guest experience

Requirements

  • Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in banquet or catering settings
  • Strong background in food service and customer service with excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and proper serving techniques
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads during setup and service
  • Experience with food preparation or bartending is a plus but not required
  • Hospitality or hotel experience is advantageous for understanding guest expectations
  • A positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
