Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and friendly Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and a lively atmosphere. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will help ensure every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and guide them through menus, making personalized recommendations based on their preferences
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Clover POS, ensuring timely delivery
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining a lively and engaging atmosphere
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper food safety standards in all service areas, adhering to food handling regulations
  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns promptly with a friendly attitude
  • Restock bar and dining areas as needed, ensuring all supplies are available for smooth service flow

Skills

  • Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with strong customer service skills
  • Familiarity with POS systems like Clover POS for order processing and cashiering
  • Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and bar orders efficiently
  • Ability to perform basic math for bill calculations, tips, and cash handling with accuracy
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
  • Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with legal regulations
  • Hospitality-focused mindset with a positive, energetic attitude that enhances guest experiences
