We're currently seeking a Front End Associate to help our team of associates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, using our database and knowledge of current products to provide customers with the information they need and serve as a liaison between customers and departments where necessary. We're looking for candidates who have relevant experience and enjoy working in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound customer inquiries by phone, email and social media.
  • Answers questions about products and services.
  • Accurately enter customer information into computer system; including all necessary information such as name, address, email and phone number.
  • Assist customers with product ordering and purchasing experience.
  • Completes account setup for new customers.
  • Accurately enter product information into computer system.
  • Assist in evaluating customer experience; including all relevant feedback from emails, phone calls and social media channels.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism.
