Fionn MacCool's Grant Park is searching for 1 Full Time Line Cook & 1 Part Time Prep Cook & 1 Part Time Line Cook to join our team! Full time hours would be 35 - 40 hours per week and part time positions will be 18-25 hours per week. We are happy to offer a competitive starting hourly wage and potential full health benefits to the right full time applicant.

What you will do in this role:

-Take pride in all of the food that you craft for Guests

-Follow safe food handling procedures at all times

-Adhere to the Health and Safety policies and procedures outlined in the Health and Safety Program

-Follow recipes to the exact specifications

-Complete prep lists to ensure enough product is available for service

-Prepare and portion all items promptly, efficiently and with attention to detail

-Keep the work area, utensils and production equipment in a clean, sanitized state at all times

-Re-stock any low items during shift

-Perform all opening and closing tasks as instructed

-Help with additional tasks, as required
