Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items with precision and consistency, ensuring high-quality food service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your food preparation and cooking skills while contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Assist in food preparation, including chopping, portioning, and organizing ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including stations and equipment
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
  • Ensure timely delivery of dishes to meet service standards
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients and supplies
  • Adhere to serving protocols, ensuring proper presentation and portion control

Qualifications
