Full job description

We are looking for an outgoing and friendly wait staff to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is organized, reliable, and has a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and seat them in an appropriate manner.
  • Answer customer questions about menu items and specials.
  • Take orders accurately and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
  • Serve food and drinks in a timely manner.
  • Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.
  • Ensure that all customers are satisfied with their experience.
