Job Summary

Join our vibrant team as a Bistro Server, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of menu items to assist with selections
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
  • Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols
  • Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering duties and processing payments
  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, promptly addressing any concerns or special requests
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in accordance with sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations

Experience

  • Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is highly desirable
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions
  • Basic math skills for cashiering, billing, and cash handling responsibilities
  • Experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
