Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation, cooking, and delivering excellent food service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your culinary talents, work alongside experienced kitchen staff, and contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, along with a strong understanding of food safety and handling procedures.

Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients
  • Ensure all dishes are presented attractively and served promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils
  • Follow proper food handling and safety protocols at all times
  • Support the team during busy service hours to ensure smooth operation
  • Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to maintain efficient workflow
  • Adhere to health regulations and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment

Experience

  • Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal presentation
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
  • Experience with serving customers in a fast-paced setting is a plus
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude toward collaboration in the kitchen
