Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Waitress/Waitor to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, efficient food and beverage delivery, and a warm, welcoming attitude. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create memorable dining moments for our guests while ensuring smooth restaurant operations. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements to ensure a comfortable dining experience
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely communication with kitchen staff
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
  • Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by adhering to proper food handling, preparation, and sanitation protocols
  • Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction
