Cook

35+ hours weekly (Open or Closing shifts) + Weekends

Panago is a small, family-owned restaurant in Ladysmith, BC. We are a casual, fast-paced style restaurant that serves fresh, made-to-order food in a casual environment. We are looking for a professional line cook to prepare food to our exact specifications and standards. The ideal candidate will have strong motivation, communication and determination. Come join our team and make some dough!

Responsibilities

  • Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
  • Prepare stations for service
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • Answer, report and follow team leaders instructions
  • Keep all work stations clean and complete daily cleaning chores
  • Stock inventory appropriately
  • Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.50-$20.50 per hour
