Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Private Chef to provide personalized culinary services in a private residence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, exceptional cooking skills, and the ability to create customized menus that meet the client’s preferences. This role requires professionalism, discretion, and a strong understanding of food safety standards. The Private Chef will be responsible for delivering high-quality meals while maintaining a seamless and discreet service environment.

Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals tailored to the client’s dietary preferences and nutritional needs
  • Plan weekly menus in collaboration with the client, considering dietary restrictions and special occasions
  • Manage all aspects of food handling, storage, and sanitation in accordance with food safety regulations
  • Supervise food preparation and ensure quality control throughout the cooking process
  • Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management and procurement of ingredients
  • Serve meals in a professional manner, ensuring presentation aligns with high standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area at all times
  • Lead and manage any additional kitchen staff or assistants as needed
