Hours:

Friday: 4 - 9:00pm & Thursday to Sunday: 12pm – 8pm, additional hours if needed

Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Food & Beverage Service Leader to join our team for the 2025 season. The ideal candidate will lead our service staff, ensuring top-notch hospitality and service for our guests. This role requires a dynamic individual who is confident in discussing our menu offerings and passionate about creating delightful customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to service staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Guest Hospitality: Deliver high-quality hospitality and service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
  • Menu Knowledge: Confidently speak about our menu and offerings, including ingredients and preparation methods.
  • Order Taking: Accurately take food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Quality Control: Oversee the quality and consistency of beverages and desserts, maintaining high standards for all food and beverage served to guests.
  • Customer Experience: Focus on enhancing the overall customer experience through excellent communication and interaction.
  • Guest Interaction: Enjoy mixing and mingling with guests, sharing knowledge about food and ingredients.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry.
