Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cooks to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation and cooking, with a strong understanding of food safety and handling practices. This role is crucial in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently while delivering high-quality meals to our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and measuring spices.
  • Cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items.
  • Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation are met.
  • Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of any shortages.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service during busy periods.
  • Participate in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for new dishes.

Qualifications
