Set in the heart of Niagara’s wine country, The Watering Can Flower Market is a European inspired shop bursting with plants and flowers with new discoveries at every turn. Our restaurant is located inside of our Vineland location; we strive to serve only the freshest and finest of food and drinks! We have a selection of ready to be served pastries, cookies, cakes as well as our made to order lunch menu.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and execute dishes according to the restaurant's recipes and standards
  • Handle food preparation and cooking duties in various sections of the kitchen, including grill, sauté, fry, and more
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Follow proper storage and labeling practices to optimize food rotation and freshness.
  • Uphold kitchen hygiene by washing, chopping, and peeling ingredients as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Line Cook or relevant culinary position.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional dishes.
  • Willingness to collaborate with the kitchen team and follow instructions.
