Position Overview:
We are looking for energetic and reliable servers with a passion for food and craft beer to join our team. As a server, you will play a key role in providing excellent service to our guests, ensuring they have a memorable dining experience. Must have 1-2 years of sit down restaurant serving experience. You’ll be responsible for taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and working closely with our kitchen and bar teams. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities, with flexible hours to fit your schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Take and deliver food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Offer menu recommendations and provide detailed information about our extensive craft beer selection.
  • Ensure food and beverages are served promptly and at the correct temperature.
  • Handle transactions and process payments accurately.
  • Keep dining areas clean, organized, and stocked.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Maintain knowledge of our menu, including ingredients, dietary restrictions, and beer offerings.
  • Contribute to a positive and team-oriented work environment.
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of serving experience in a sit-down restaurant required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in learning about craft beer, with a willingness to grow knowledge about our 100+ craft beer options.
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering excellent service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods
