Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fry Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items, particularly fried dishes, in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role requires a strong focus on food safety, quality, and customer satisfaction, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards. Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred to help maintain efficient operations and excellent service.

Duties

  • Prepare and cook fried foods according to established recipes and quality standards
  • Assist in food preparation, including chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients
  • Ensure all food handling procedures adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Serve food promptly and courteously to customers or servers
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and workstations
  • Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal results
  • Follow food safety protocols at all times to prevent contamination or spoilage
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours
