We are currently looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager to lead our restaurant teams. If you are passionate about customer service, team development, and operational excellence, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team
  • Deliver exceptional guest service every day
  • Manage daily restaurant operations, food quality, and cleanliness
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members
  • Schedule staff and manage labour costs
  • Control inventory, food costs, and restaurant profitability
  • Ensure food safety, health, and company standards are consistently met
  • Build a positive, respectful, and performance-driven workplace culture

Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant management or assistant management experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
  • Experience in quick-service restaurants is an asset but not required
