About the Role
We're looking for a Server to deliver exceptional dining and table experiences to our tenants and their guests. You'll be an integral part of our service team, helping create a quality living environment for seniors. Reporting to the Hospitality Manager, you'll provide exemplary meal service across our dining rooms and designated areas, all guided by our Vibrant Advantage™ approach to meet and exceed expectations.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Set up, serve, and maintain dining rooms and designated service areas
  • Take meal and beverage orders following established policies and Serving it Right guidelines
  • Handle food in accordance with Food Safe sanitary procedures and regulatory standards
  • Respond attentively and efficiently to tenant requests, questions, concerns, and complaints
  • Take ownership of tenant issues and follow up to ensure satisfaction
  • Wash plates, utensils, and glassware; assist with light kitchen food prep (soups, salads, entrees, desserts)
  • Report any maintenance needs to the Hospitality Manager
  • Follow WHMIS protocols, infection control guidelines, and maintain MSDS
  • Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety policies and support Risk Management programs
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Necessary Education and Experience:

  • Serving it Right Certification
  • Food Safe Certification
  • WHMIS Certification
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Previous experience in dining, hospitality, and/or full-service senior living is preferred
