Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our vibrant restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and cooking, with a strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic food service environment, ensuring high-quality meal preparation and excellent customer experiences. Prior restaurant or food industry experience is preferred, but we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
  • Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations, kitchen equipment, and utensils throughout shifts
  • Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation before serving
  • Serve dishes promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Follow proper food handling procedures at all times to prevent contamination
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours
