Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled
  • Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and food safety protocols
  • Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including food handling and sanitation procedures
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations

Requirements

  • Prior food service experience or restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory; a passion for hospitality is essential
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus
