Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting drinks, serving customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and responding to inquiries.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
  • Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management.
  • Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines while preparing drinks.
  • Assist with food service as needed, including serving food items and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to create a seamless dining experience for guests.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktails, and beverage preparation techniques.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
  • Understanding of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork mentality.
  • Must be of legal drinking age in accordance with state laws.
