Job Summary
At 900 Degrees Wood-Fired Pizzeria you will learn traditional Italian wood-fired cooking techniques and recipes using the highest quality fresh ingredients.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment. This role involves preparing ingredients, cooking meals, and ensuring that all food safety standards are met while contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Assist in meal preparation by chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and storage areas.
  • Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed to maintain food safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
  • Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages or discrepancies.
