Position Overview

The Front Desk & Pro Shop Attendant plays a key role in creating a welcoming experience for resort guests and golf members. This position manages tee times, hotel bookings, retail inquiries, and provides exceptional guest service throughout the resort.
Front Desk Attendant

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and members in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage hotel bookings and tee time reservations
  • Check guests in and out for golf and accommodations
  • Answer phone calls and email inquiries
  • Assist with pro shop retail sales and inventory presentation
  • Support tournaments, corporate events, and special functions
  • Register guests for events and membership renewals
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and pro shop
  • Provide information about resort amenities and activities

Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office preferred)
  • POS system experience an asset
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
