Front of House Manager – Full-Time (Archie’s Seafood) Salary: $45,000–$60,000 per year

Archie’s Seafood is seeking a Front of House Manager who is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a guest-focused environment, and leads teams with energy and accountability. If you’re a hands-on leader who loves creating memorable guest experiences and building strong teams, we’d love to meet you.

Position Overview
As the Front of House Manager, you will assist in the day-to-day operations of a full-service restaurant while maintaining Archie’s standards of excellence. You will lead shifts, support staff development, and help drive sales and service performance. You may be required to work at multiple locations within London and have reliable transportation.

Full-time position

Salary range: $45,000–$60,000/year

Benefits available after 1 year of employment

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Assist in the daily management and operations of a high-volume, full-service restaurant
  • Lead shifts to ensure outstanding service and consistency with Archie’s standards
  • Maintain a strong floor presence and support team members during service
  • Support scheduling, staffing, training, and performance coaching
  • Coordinate with BOH leadership to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional FOH environment

Core Duties

  • Ensure every guest receives an exceptional dining experience
  • Build and develop a strong FOH team through hands-on training and coaching
  • Support sales growth, performance goals, and profitability
  • Implement and enforce company standards, controls, and operational policies
  • Lead by example and demonstrate behaviors consistent with Archie’s Principles

Qualifications

  • Proven hospitality management experience (full-service preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
  • Guest-first mindset and genuine passion for people and service excellence (“Hospitality Gene”)
  • Driven, focused, and able to motivate a team consistently
  • Must be available to work weekends (full 9-hour shift required)
  • Smart Serve and Food Handler Certification (required or must be willing to obtain)
