Vous êtes passionné(e) par la cuisine et le vin et vous cherchez un projet où vous pourrez réellement vous impliquer, conseiller, et évoluer ?
Notre client, un restaurant semi-gastronomique situé à Saint-Hyacinthe, recherche aujourd’hui un(e) serveur (se) pour développer son service en salle.
À propos du restaurant

Cuisine méditerranéenne semi-gastronomique (Portugal, Espagne, Grèce, Italien...)

Carte courte, produits de qualité

Forte identité autour du vin (clientèle fidèle, amateurs)

Restaurant situé dans un secteur dynamique
Vous serez un pilier du service, avec un rôle clé dans l’expérience client et le développement de l’offre vin.
Vos missions :

Gestion et structuration de la salle
-
Assurer un service fluide en salle
-
Développer les ventes et l’expérience client
-
Travailler en collaboration directe avec le propriétaire
Formation ou un intérêt marqué pour la sommellerie serait un grand atout.
Conditions de travail et avantages

35 à 40h / semaine (possibilité +)
Horaires actuels : mercredi midi, jeudi et vendredi midi + soir, samedi soir

Salaire : environ 16 à 17 $/h fixe + pourboires très élevés

Logement temporaire proposé au démarrage
