Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic restaurant team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This position requires a passion for food service and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, including Micros POS, for efficient order processing and cash handling.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
  • Assist with serving food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining accountability for cash drawer.

Requirements

  • Previous restaurant experience , training will be provided.
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
  • Experience in food preparation, serving, or food handling is advantageous.
