Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Bartender/Server, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, expertly mixing drinks, serving delicious food, and ensuring every customer feels welcomed and valued. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will drive the lively atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your food and beverage expertise while delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards.
  • Take food and drink orders from guests efficiently and accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor throughout interactions.
  • Manage cash handling responsibilities, including cashiering duties, processing payments accurately, and giving correct change.
  • Maintain cleanliness of bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction, address concerns promptly, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance the dining experience.
  • Restock bar supplies, ingredients, glassware, and utensils to ensure smooth service during shifts.

Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred; hospitality background is a plus.
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash register technology.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and drink orders efficiently during busy hours.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating bills accurately.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
  • Food industry experience including bartending or serving roles is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
