Our Metro Vancouver team is growing, and we’re looking for someone who understands that great service is about more than simply getting the job done. It’s about how you make people feel throughout the experience.

We’re hiring a Sales Development Rep / Estimator to join our flagship Metro Vancouver franchise, servicing Vancouver, North & West Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Delta and Richmond.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, events, luxury retail, customer service, or relationship-based sales who enjoys meeting people, building relationships and creating exceptional experiences.

THE ROLE

Every day is different. You’ll be out in the local area meeting with customers who have already expressed interest in our services.

You’ll visit their homes or businesses, welcome them with a professional and friendly approach, learn about their project and what matters most to them, and help them find the right solution.

You’ll conduct in-person consultations, prepare accurate estimates, explain our services, answer questions, and guide customers through the process from their first interaction with us to booking their project.

The best people in this role are naturally curious and genuinely interested in people. You’ll need to listen carefully, understand what a customer is looking for, make thoughtful recommendations, and confidently ask for the business when WOW 1 DAY PAINTING is the right fit.

In addition to conducting estimates, you’ll have opportunities to build relationships with local businesses and property professionals, helping increase brand awareness, develop our B2B customer base and generate new opportunities.

ABOUT YOU

You may come from sales—but you don’t have to.

We’re especially interested in people who have developed strong customer-service skills in environments where professionalism, communication and creating a great experience matter.

You are someone who:

  • Naturally makes people feel welcome, comfortable and taken care of
  • Has 2+ years of experience in hospitality, customer service, sales, retail, events, or a similar people-focused environment
  • Is confident meeting new people and building rapport quickly
  • Listens well and asks great questions to understand what a customer actually needs
  • Takes pride in being professional, organized and detail-oriented
  • Is comfortable recommending solutions and confidently asking for the business
  • Follows up consistently and builds relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals
  • Communicates clearly and confidently, both in person and over the phone
  • Is motivated by goals and enjoys being rewarded for great results
  • Is coachable, driven and eager to keep developing
  • Is energized by working independently while also being part of a winning team
  • Has a valid driver's license and a good driving record

Sales experience is an asset, but personality and attitude matter just as much as your resume.

  • $75–$90K+ average first-year earning potential with base salary plus uncapped commissions and bonuses
