Wind Japanese and Thai, a top destination for authentic Japanese and Thai flavours in Mississauga is looking for a passionate Restaurant Manager to assist in leading our team and elevating our guest experience.

- Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional service.

- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and top-notch food quality.

- Drive revenue, manage budgets, and control costs.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

- Address guest concerns and enhance the overall dining experience.

Qualifications:

- 3-4 years of restaurant management experience.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- A passion for guest service and hospitality.

- Excellent organizational abilities.
