Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Server to join our team. The ideal candidate should be providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role is crucial in managing the flow of guests and enhancing their dining experience in our restaurant setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables.
• Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart to optimize table turnover.
• Communicate effectively with guests regarding wait times and menu options.
• Assist in answering phone calls, and providing information about the restaurant services
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, aiming for resolution to enhance their experience.

Requirements for Busser - Table Cleaner and Setup

• - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• -Strong teamwork and communication skills
• -Good physical stamina (standing, lifting trays, carrying dishes)
• -Attention to cleanliness and hygiene
• -Positive attitude and customer service skills
• -Ability to multitask
• -Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and specifically on long weekends and holidays

Typical Duties

• -Clearing and cleaning tables
• -Resetting tables for new guests
• -Refilling water, napkins, or condiments
• -Assisting servers and kitchen staff
• -Taking dishes to the kitchen or dishwashing area
• -Keeping dining areas clean and stocked

Requirements for Server

• -Excellent command on English
• -Previous experience as server in a fast paced environment is a MUST, particularly in a restaurant environment.
• -Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• -Familiarity with POS systems is a MUST, hands on experience on Toast - POS will be an -added advantage, aiding in efficient order processing.
• -Excellent etiquette for handling issues related to customer service and inquiries.
• -Strong sense of the importance of keeping themselves groomed is a MUST
• -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• -A friendly demeanor with a passion for providing outstanding customer service in food service settings.
• -Should be eligible to work full time in Canada
• -Hands on experience in managing inventory would be an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
